Beyond Pathetic. Even believe the one star is too much. I had to wait the entire day awaiting a package. Being a shift worker I had Even taken the liberty of informing customer services of contact numbers and informed that I am waiting for parcel. Only to check statues of parcel to be told that parcel couldn't be delivered. Cannot understand how this business operates.
