Pathetic service delivery

Pathetic and unproffesional service. I made an online order from RAIN (Internet 4G sim). I highlighted the preferred delivery date and time, RAM phoned me early morning and i told them the time for the delivery was from 1*** and they agreed to deliver at 1400HRS.. I also phoned them when i was home but they didnt pitch up..I also send and email and they said the courier is coming but they didn't show up. Now they tell me that the courier will come on Monday but I work in field and i even told them. Imagine getting an off day just to receive a sim card.
