pathetic service delivery
I made a purchase of a cellphone yesterday and receive an sms this morning stating i would receive delivery before 5pm. I then called to advise that i need delivery before 4pm as it is my work address. I have made several calls to Ram who cannot provide me with an ETA or even bothered to try and get my item to me asap. I have to advise this is the most *********** and totally useless courier company ever. Should the item arrive on monday, I will be returning it. I REFUSE TO CCEPT SOMETHING THAT IS BRING THROWN AROUND IN A COURIER VAND AND WHERE DELIVERY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME.

The parcel was only due for delivery next week however due to trying to work hard to improve our service we delivered within 24 hours. We will keep working hard to improve on our service
