Pathetic service
Pathetic customer service unable to assist when vodacom provided incorrect contact and delivery address details. They are telling me to contact vodacom to give the correct address and vodacom is telling me to contact RAM.

Please note that we are not allowed to change the delivery address for Vodacom parcels.
You are required to contact them directly to have the delivery address changed as they first do a security check before they make amendments to the consignment.

11 Jul 2021, 22:19Vodacom phoned me to confirm the change of address, then I received a call from RAM to say it will be delivered to me on Friday, but of course it never arrived and I am STILL waiting!!!
