Pathetic service

I have a huge problem with your service, I waited for my Rain Router parcel the whole day I called you guys 4 times to trace my parcel and no one could give me a straight answer as to what time should I expect my router. The consultants just said it's out for delivery the driver will call u until after 6 when i checked online and there is a note that says area unsafe due to strike I was shocked because there is no strike in my area why must people lie when they can't do their jobs properly. I am so dissapointed as i need this router ASAP for my online schooling and there was no communication from you guys. I will escalate this with Rain as this is no way to do business
