Pathetic service
Such pathetic service from RAM! I missed my delivery , I then make arrangement for my parcel to be delivered which I arranged with RAM. Nothing was delivered. I phoned not once but twice today after being told the first time they would get back to me about my parcel, which they did not ! I phoned them again now and nothing has been done and been changed. They tell me now my parcel will be sent out tomorrow. Which I don’t think will actually be sent out tomorrow due to their lack of service. So disappointed!
