Pathetic Service

I am waiting for my parcel now for over a week.On 4 occasions they took it to a wrong delivery address.This was despite me calling them over 5 times to advise them on the correct delivery address.Nobody seems to understand how important it is to have the correct delivery address.Their complacency and incompetency is shocking!Is somebody listening?
