Pathetic service

The service I have received from Ram is pathetic! When I track my parcel it keeps say delivery unsuccessful due ti incorrect address, when I call the call centre I hold for over 15min just for them to confirm the correct address I gave them yet the driver states incorrect address on system but not once did the driver call to confirm the address. Earlier a call centre agent called me and said the driver said the address is incorrect but when she read it out it was the correct address and sai she will call the driver then call me back which never happened! This is complete incompetence. Again I am holding on with call centre as they cant explain what is happening and when I try chat online nobody or bot replies.

You system, processes and staff is very inefficient and has a don't care attitude.
