Pathetic service

Ram what a pathetic service Rain4-***1 I ordered a sim card from rain for 3 times they failed to deliver my card. I gave a clear instruction on my delivery that they must call me to check availability since they do not have a specific time of arrival. On Friday 26 June the courier guy phones when he is at my gate. I asked him to wait he refused. Their office later called to say the parcel will be delivered on Monday. Monday nothing was delivered. I phoned they say it was a mistake they will deliver on Tuesday. I waited the whole day on Tuesday only to receive an email just before 5pm that the courier could not deliver at my address. Why on earth they never called me the whole day
