Pathetic Service

I received confirmation that my parcel (RAIN02-***5) would be delivered today (02 April) and that I would be called before they delivered. I waited the entire day and tracked the parcel from 8am until the status changed at 15:26 stating Outgoing Call - Non-Delivery Validation - PARCEL NOT DELIVERED DUE NO TIME. I am so disappointed with this service. They didn't even call to let me know.
