Pathetic service

After 4 days of waiting to recieve my parcel, multiple calls and emails to your agents and I still havnt recieved my parcel. The tracking on the website says you have unsuccessfully delivery attempts everyday since Monday, but you havnt once tried. Iv been at home every day since last Friday, I havnt left the house, Iv had multiple home deliveries but not once from RAM. You have tried to call me, Iv answered and you automatically hang up, I call back and it says the number doesn’t exist. When I call your agents, you advise to email the help desk instead because of high call volumes and that you’ll reply with 1 hour. I’m still waiting for a reply 2 days later... What is happening with my parcel. Your phone lines are pathetic I hold for 15 minutes and then someone answers and you drop my call...
