Pathetic service
Ram Corier service is pathetic. Drivers are going the wrong address while i gave the right address and they seem to not care about rectifying that mistake. I call their call centre several times with no answer until one of their consultants answered and he didn't care much he ended up dropping the call while he said he said I must hold he's checking something.
This is ruining my business and I don't see myself using their services again. They treating clients like they doing us a favour to deliver our parcels while we paying for their services.
I'm ****ed.

Please note that we got the delivery address from the sender as it is.
The consultants you have spoken to have amended the address as per your request. The parcel will be returned to the warehouse where a new address will be printed and stuck to the parcel.
Your parcel can only be considered for delivery from tomorrow.
