Pathetic service
I always have the sake problem with RAM. In March I ordered a phone from vodacom it took over a week to get delivered because they kept getting the delivery address wrong. This time they sent my parcel to the incorrect hub (note I haven't changed my delivery address) which has now further delayed my delivery after Rebecca assured me I'd be receiving my delivery today!!!! I'm furious I've NEVER had a smooth delivery with RAM. They absolutely useless.
