Pathetic Service assist immediately (Waybill A***) Good day I am very upset with the worst service I have ever received from a courier company. Today its officially a week of waiting for my Router to be delivered excluding the weekend past. Everyday I receive a SMS saying my delivery is out for delivery today. On your website after tracking it, its ones again out for today but it just never gets here always delivery attempt failed. I'm at home 24/7. I even stopped the driver in my area last week Friday 10/07/2020 to ask him wat is happening he told me he was by my place the day before & no one came out. I told him that's a lie he checked if he had the parcel in the Van but was with another driver. They called him he said he must still get to me & should go home & he will be there in 30min. Never pitched & here I am still waiting at home. I am putting this on hellopeter as well today. As I am the one loosing money each day & time. Because I am unable to work.
