Pathetic service and you blaming Covid 19... Not good enough!!!

Pathetic service. Your agent called me to tell me my package is on its way but 3 days later still no package. You have a tracking system that is updated incorrectly and when I checked your service online, I have read that so many packages are delayed and delivered at the wrong address.

This is unacceptable. I will encourage everyone I know not to use your services. You have jeopardized so many other businesses in the interim.
