Pathetic Service and No Delivery!

RAM does not even deserve a one star! I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday 11/04/2018 and RAM did not phone me prior to delivery as promised and delivered to an incorrect address and forced someone to sign for it! That person called me and told me of the situation and I advised her that she must not sign for it as it was a Banking card, so she did not receive it and then RAM put notes on their tracking system saying that the item is not wanted! and they failed to deliver the parcel to me. These are the notes: *Outgoing Call - Non-Delivery Validation - CLIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TODAY, AS PER CLIENT RE-DELIVER TOMORROW, CALLED ********** ##:##. (I was available, but they delivered to the wrong address) *UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Isando, Johannesburg - Cancelled - No longer wanted. (They cancelled the delivery)
