PATHETIC SERVICE!!! AND NO ASSISTANCE OR ATTEMPT TO EVEN HELP

I just called the call centre and spoke to someone that was so unprofessional and so unhelpful. When I called to query my request she first advised that she can ONLY check the collection of my parcel using a reference number which I had since deleted. She advised me to look for it and call back. I then proceeded her to do her 'JOB' by asking if she couldn't look it up with my cellphone number, which ONLY AT THAT POINT , agreed to check for it and said she couldn't help. I was the one who had to prompt her once again to check whether she could use my name -and she then said she couldn't trace anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor knowing full well that this call centre agent clearly sounded as though she was not in the mood to talk or even do her job. She put me on hold and needless to say, I had to end the call due to the long wait. Service is pathetic!!!
