Pathetic service and lies

I have been waiting for delivery of a package - the status on the RAM tracking site says "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Pretoria - UNAVAILABLE HOME - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE. What a lie !! I work from home and my office window faces the gate. Contacted them and they asked "Are you available today for delivery?" After explaining that there is ALWAYS someone at home, the rep**** that they would contact their Pretoria branch from whence the package is sent. It is now 16:00 hours and still no sign of a delivery, which means ANOTHER DAY goes by that I am to sit and twiddle my thumbs as I cannot get my work done without the items I ordered. This must be the worst courier in the country - even worse than the Post Office. I am totally disgusted with the service and will NEVER make use of them or any company using them again.
