Pathetic Service and *****!

Absolutely pathetic service! Been waiting the whole day for my package to arrive just to check the tracking details now and it says they couldn't deliver cause "client at work not at home". No one phoned me. And FYI to RAM I work from home. Pathetic to say the least! The driver could have phoned me. They have my number. And if I "wasn't home" I could have told them to leave it with the neighbors. But no, they choose to just lie about this. RAM should seriously just close their doors cause clearly no one wants to do their job!!!!
