Pathetic Service and Empty Promises

I booked a door to door delivery service in a Tuesday evening based on the online quote that specified I delivery by 5pm the Friday. When I called at 2h40pm on Friday to enquire, I was told that I was only getting the Delivery on Monday. When I complained and said that the premise of me entering into the service was that my parcel would be delivered by 5pm Friday, the agent logged a request to operations to deliver the Saturday. A supervisor then called me later the afternoon to confirm that I would get delivery by 10am Saturday morning.

Lo and behold, it's 10am Saturday morning and nothing. When I called the contact centre, they said that I would get the parcel on Monday and there's nothing I can do and there's no record of the agreement for Saturday.

NEVER AGAIN will I or my business ever user RAM again. Multiple promises made and none of them kept and now I need to hire someone again for Monday to be available and hopefully the parcel will be delivered.

Pathetic RAM. Really pathetic.
