PATHETIC SERVICE

This is by far THE WORST service i have ever received. After being given the run around for the past few days, being promised that my package will arrive by the next day, i STILL have not received anything! i was contacted by one of your drivers today, 24 November 2022 who ensured me he will deliver my parcel by 1pm. i also received an SMS informing me that it will be delivered today but NOTHING!!! This is absolutely pathetic service. i have waited at work as your delivery times stipulate delivery takes place between 8am to 5pm (sms states otherwise) it is now past 6 and i have not received my parcel nor have i received any communication as to what the hell is going on. should i not receive my parcel by tomorrow, 25 November 2022, i will be taking further action as this is borderline ridiculous to say the least. PLEASE, fix your customer service as well as channels of communication.
