Pathetic Service

On Friday 31 May I received message that my parcel will be delivered between 8am and 5pm, tried several times phoning the George branch to confirm delivery time, but no one answers the phone. Sitting at home from 8am till 5pm no delivery, I left home to town. At past 5pm I received call that courier arrived at my house, I explained that I could not wait anymore, and due to the fact that they are late, if they could meet me in Town for delivery. The driver told me he will not meet me in town and that I will wait to Monday for delivery. I informed him that I could not wait until Monday as it is urgent delivery, once again he told me to wait until Monday and dropped the call. Would definitely not use them in future, unprofessional and rude.
