PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

RAM is very pathetic! I placed an order on the 27th November, still haven't received it, been sitting at Industria since the 30th November with no update or change! I called on Monday (4 Dec) I was told I will receive it on Tuesday, yesterday I was told it will be dispatched today. This morning when I call RAM (6 Dec), I am told it is being escalated.
