Pathetic service

I have had the most *********** delivery service with RAM. I placed an order with Dischem on the 2nd of May 2024. Dischem followed the procedure seamlessly and my parcel was at RAM couriers on the 8th of May 2024. My delivery went out on the 9th of May 2024. I did not receive the delivery with some pathetic excuse that an access card was needed to access the property which is utter nonsense. Its a stand alone building. The next day my parcel went out for delivery again. this is the 10th of May 2024, Another pathetic excuse stating that the courier attempted to call me but I did not answer. Lies. I received no call on the 9th or the 10th of May 2024. Move to Monday the 13th of May 2024. I called in and apparently the business name was missing. Another pathetic excuse as I've mentioned before, a stand alone building with a gate that if the bell is rung the gate will be opened.

Now, I called on the 9th of May 2024 to request that my delivery be done by 15:00 that afternoon. I was assured by one of the agents at RAM that the message was sent to the driver. When I called yesterday, the agent who assisted me told me that no update was made on the 9th of May 2024. I also get the go around stating that delivery in my area is only on the 14th of May 2024. The contents of the parcel is needed. It is an emergency that I should get it. I have explained it to RAM and all I received was a non empathetic reply of "We cannot say when the driver will be there. The driver will give you a call when there" The delays of delivery all lies in the hands of RAM. Agents lying about updates. Agents not caring of the urgency of a package. Nothing but cold service. When I called on the 14th of May 2024, my parcel was not even out for delivery yet. Note, this parcel should have been delivered on the 9th of May 2024 already...

Honestly, you should take tips from Takealot self delivery along with their service. This is the first time that I have had problems receiving my package from Dischem and the problem is not Dischem but RAM. Dischem has been incontact with RAM trying to get my parcel to me. No accommodation for the inconvenience is made by RAM.
