29 Jan 2026, 08:30I had a delivery out on Wednesday 28/01/2026. When I tracked the delivery, it showed unsuccessful I was not home, firstly I was at home whole day no courier was there and no one phoned me! I reported the issue and it was advised that they will investigate I am still awaiting a response as to why no one phoned and why the driver **** about being at my address when he was not! Today 29/01/2026 I phone the call centre, and they are saying the driver phoned me and I was not home #ffs the reason I am ****ed is because no one was at my address and no one called. Why would I be so furious!!!!!! I urgently need this parcel and your company is just ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!
