Pathetic service!

Pathetic service from RAM! I was expecting a delivery on the 23rd of March. The driver then calls me to ask my address, I tell him and he says that my order is in another vehicle, it can only be delivered tomorrow(24th of March). I checked today the tracking, it says it will be delivered today(24th of March)before or at 5pm. I called now to follow up as it is already 16:40pm. I’m told on their system it shows it will be delivered tomorrow ! What an inconvenience! No communication from RAM to say that the delivery date has been moved and the app still say delivery today! When I tell the agent that the delivery must be delivered by 12 midday because I will need to go to work at 1pm, she has the nerve to tell me that she cannot give me a time! RAM is useless!
