Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service. They sent out an sms and email verification saying delivery is to happen on the day. I made arrangements for someone to be home to receive the package. At 16:45 I called their call center to find out what had happened, and the agent informed me that the driver was not going to make it. But assured me that they would deliver first thing in the morning and prioritise my delivery. Next day I arranged once again for someone to be home, and again no delivery!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC
