Pathetic service!

Pathetic service! I was told my parcel will be delivered before 5pm, I called back at 16:30 and they told me my parcel will be delivered after 5pm because the driver is not in the area and he will give me a call.

It's reaching 6pm and I call Ram and they say my offices was closed which is ridiculous, I did not get any calls from a driver and when I want to escalate they kept me on hold until 6pm when they knock off .... ridiculous service !!!! I will not recommend this courier company.
