Pathetic service
Terrible, terrible service. Received the wrong upgrade device from Vodacom on 24 January. Cancelled the same day. Today is the 28th of February, and this device has still not been collected. One attempt, no warning, so unfortunately i was unavailable on the day. Just one missed call. Just one, and i even phoned them to make arrangements for another day. But seems collection was cancelled, because they couldn't reach me.
Every time i call them, (and you only get to talk to someone one in five tries, after being on hold for over 10 minutes) they say "Today" or "Tomorrow"..
And i'm still waiting. Hoping Monday will be the day
