Pathetic service

Very bad service received from RAM COURIER DRIVERS...

drivers is very unprofessional, they hand over your parcel to anyone they can find in the street,fail to contact you when they out doing the deliveries,to confirm if you are home or to check if the person they handed the parcel to is actually fami**** with you or vice versa!.

Happened twice after each other,drivers early have no worries whatsoever if your parcel should get lost...
