Pathetic Service!

Dont use them! Second Friday still waiting for my package from this company. Last week they scheduled my delivery for friday, I cancelled all my appointments and waited all day only to receive a miss call at 17:30 on picking it up it dropped. I then called back several times and driver didnt pick up. Next thing customer service phones and asks for my address because driver could not find my address. The guy was in the area a response to my call could have helped him get to me BUT I guess FRIDAY GROOVING was calling so I agree to a reschedule which has taken the whole week to be done. Tracking site says parcel dispatched for delivery this morning and its 14:22 and I am going through the frustrations of last week again looking at my phone to make sure I get his call as soon as it rings. Its almost 14:30 now i know the guy will pretend to call me again after 5 and then say he cant find my address and the cycle continues (facepalm). I will never use this company again. I've lost a lot of business this whole week because of them
