Pathetic service

Pathetic service you will get from this courier and I do not know why vodacom keep using you as their courier. I bought a phone from Vodacom ( my sister's "Christmas gift") of which Vodacom assured me I will get it before Christmas. Indeed I got an sms today in the morning that my parcel is on its way and later on I got a call from the RAM driver asking if I am at home of which I said no I am currently at work, and he asked what time am I gonna be home and I told him at 14:30 then he said he will come around that time, but he did not show up nor try to communicate. I am so annoyed right now because Vodacom kept their promise but RAM just decided not to honour it and I tried calling the guy after 14:30 but he did not bother answering my calls. Then I decided to go to the website to track it then to my surprise I get this "03:16 UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable Home - Client at Work not at Home." but the guy called me in the morning to ask me if I am home then agreed for 14:30 and I was even home before that time. The worst part is I am not going to be around till late Jan from tomorrow as I am going on a vacation and now I am gonna have to go run around in the last minutes to try get a christmas gift for my sis because of their inadequacy.
