Pathetic service

I get an email saying they will deliver on this specific day between 8-5. I wait the whole day until about 4:10pm (no phone calls or anything on the tracking system from them) - then try phoning them but just sit on the queue with no repsonse after about 45 minutes of waiting. Then get an email saying they have the incorrect address so were not able to deliver - but the address is correct on the email as well as my cell number. WHY was I not called??? I try phoning again the following day - again no answer after waiting in the call queue for over half an hour.
