Pathetic Service

We have the worst experience with Ram Delivery, we got an sms a few days ago telling us our router will be delivered , the next day Ram attempted delivery and apperantly they said they where not able to get in touch with us , but this is a business premise they could have walked in and asked for us, non the less i made a call at 3pm giving them instructions that it's a restaurant and we can't answer our self phone so they can simple walk in and ask for us, we asked that they deliver between 9am to 2pm those are our working hours and they lady i first spoke to said it was fine, the next morning today i called them again to confirm if delivery will take place between 9am and 2pm the lady assured me that it will, at 2pm no delivery came through and we called them and they told us the driver was far and making other deliveries and this ****ed us off we lashed out why they had earlier told us that delivery would before 2pm, a gentleman named Jeffrey told me i was a disrespectful customer because i told them that they had awful service. The driver then only called us at 4pm when we had left at 2pm , we asked him if he could get them to change delivery address to our home address on Monday since we would be off and not at work , but he said he wont and he would deliver on Tuesday. And to make it worse in order to get in touch with them you have to hold the phone for over 10 minutes if you run out of airtime they don't call you back, if you email them they don't reply or call back absolutely pathetic service.
