PATHETIC SERVICE
I have been waiting for my router for a week now after being promised to receive it within 48hrs from Cool Ideas! I have been on the phone with them countless times trying to get it delivered to me but all the consultants do is tell me they have escalated the matter and should receive it soon. But obviously that’s a lie coz till today I haven’t received it. First time experience with RAM and it’s horrible!!!
