Pathetic service
I have been awaiting my delivery from Avon from 25 Nov 2021. Updates placed on the system are false as no driver has ever phoned me. This is totally unacceptable. Even after phoning in on 29 Nov 2021, still no joy.

30 Nov 2021, 19:03It is now 7pm and I have still not received my parcel. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be paying for the parcel and further to it, I will be handing this matter over to my attorney to address. I refuse to pay for incompetence and a don't care attitude by an *********** courier company.
