Pathetic Service
Always an issue when a package has to be delivered from Vodacom through RAM. Your systems should be updated with recent ID copies and contact details. It is really unfair that your clients have to always run around to fix your errors.

27 Jan 2022, 14:41My information is updated and I make sure that they have the correct information whenever doing an upgrade. That does not explain why my parcel was not delivered this morning when I had spoken to a consultant yesterday and made sure that all the information is correct.
