Pathetic 'service'

How ridiculous is it for a courier company not to be able to tell you when an order will be delivered. The only information that they are able to give is that it will be sometime between 8am and 5pm. How pathetic. We have lives and are not able to sit around waiting for hours on parcels that may or may not arrive. Absolutely pathetic.
