Pathetic Service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avon uses Ram Couriers to deliver orders. For more than thrice now, my orders are either delivered to the incorrect address, not delivered on time. I have to phone in several times just to enquire about my order, at my expense which is unacceptable! The agents are not helpful, they place you on hold and the call goes blank thereafter but I am still paying for my call. The service is disgusting!
