Pathetic Service
I am waiting for a parcel. Yesterday they just did not deliver with reason the phone number is not valid. So the did not try to phone vodacom to ask if the number is correct nothing. It is ok I phoned i updated my number. Again today they tried to phone they did not reach my. I phoned again to update my number. Now again twice they tried to deliver they went to the wrong address. So why did no one phone my. Why do I have to look at the status the whole day for an update to phone them. Do they just not care. I asked for the driver number so i can navigate him to my house. They don't want to. And no other delivery service has this issue. Only RAM. And I older everything online. Even my groceries.

I phoned vodacom myself and they said the parcel will be delivered today. It is already 3h. I will phone again at 4h to find out what the status is. I don't mind if you are so busy and could not make it. Then say. Ran out of time. I understand that. But all the excuses. The one is that a permit is needed for my building? We are a complex. No permit required.
