Pathetic service
I ordered an item from Poetry that was scheduled to be delivered today at 5pm. It has not been delivered and when I tried to call, an automated voice instructs me to go to whatsap and the call is terminated without speaking to an agent. On whatsapp, no agent is available to chat and the chat is closed. This is pathetic service. I don't know why these retail companies use these unprofessional people!
