PATHETIC SERVICE
Absolutely pathetic couriers!!!! We have a RAM depot in our town, and my parcel has arrived in my town a few days ago, but when I phoned them to find out when they will be delivering, I was told they only service our town (where the depot is situated) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So I thought I might collect the urgent parcel that I have been waiting a week for, only to hear collections are not allowed. DON'T USE RAM COURIERS
