Pathetic service

I used the prepaid option for RAM to collect a parcel in Cape Town on the 16th of November 2022. On Monday the 21st of November 2022 I started following up on my parcel. The call centre promised to get back to me. Thereafter I phoned every day with no one ever getting back to me. On Monday the 28th of November 2022 I phoned and then was informed the parcel was ****** at the Isando Branch and the Risk Department will get back to me. I'm still waiting. It was an expensive package that was ****** at their own depot and therefor I demand a refund. The service is absolutely disgusting. I moved from Courier Guy but at this stage don't think they are that bad, at least I received my packages and got decent feedback!
