Pathetic service

Good day

I have been waiting for my package since Friday only to find out you guys have incorrect address, I called into call centre yesterday and changed address. Today the driver comes, tries to call once which I did not make to answer, the drives off, I got a call few mins after from u guys, I told the person on call to tell driver go back as my husband took leave from work to await package. 1stly I changed address to 15 ayesha avenue, parlock, if driver came to entrance the guard would of called my husband, so clearly this was not done, service is pathetic, I have to put a complaint through to vodacom.
