Pathetic service

<p>Ram contacted me on Friday 14 Oct at 16:41 to advice delivery of the parcel on Monday 17 Oct, I then advised the gentleman that I will not be at home and they can deliver on the 18th Oct any time after 15:30 because I will be out of town. I planned my trip to be home at the specified time, but RAM then came at 11:14 on the 18th Oct. I told the driver I am not home, I specified what time to come if they can please come back then.</p> <p>I phoned to follow up on the 18th at 15:45 to find out what time it will be delivered. On the FOURTH time I called someone was able to advise that they can not deliver on the day anymore. I then asked if they can Deliver on the 19th before 10:00 which they confirmed to, even got a call from the Pretoria branch to confirm the delivery.</p> <p>On the 19th at 10:34 I called again to follow up, the individual on the other end said they will call me back in five minutes. Never heardof them again until I called again at 10:55 after speaking to a few diffirent consultants they advised that I will only be delivered on the 20TH before 10:00. I then had to get into my car and drive to the pretoria branch to fetch my parcel myself with this company representative purposefully walking at half the normal walking pace (just to be spitefull) without so much as a sorry for our ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE.</p> <p>On opening the parcel the Fragile product was losely packed so it call fall around freely inside the box.</p>
