Pathetic service

<p>I ordered what to me is a priceless jacket from the uk.i was extremely dissappointed to find out that after paying a fortune ,the wrong package was delivered.Shipment was conducted by DHL and ram to ram couriers.Both companies were very unhelpful .I will however make sure i get my package or neither dhl or ram couriers will hear the end of this.No concern for the value people place on the items the order.pathetic first time experience.please beware as the company takes payment but does not guarantee delivery which in my books is theft.</p>
