Pathetic service
I'd be rating them 0 but there's no option. I bought items at woolies around the 25th last month, received an email later that they're shipped with RAM on the 29/11. From the 02/11/2023 i've been receiving sms from RAM saying delivery is scheduled on that day, then nothing comes through. the last pathetic sms i received was yesterday, saying the same thing they've been saying from the 02, and nothing at all today. i want to advise these people to take this parcel back to woolies, i will also report to woolies that due to non delivery, they can cancel the transaction. i'll never make use of this company ever.

07 Dec 2023, 10:27then stop sending us messages that keep us at home the whole day waiting for the deliveries. there is nothing stopping you in communicating only when you plan on fulfilling your duties. since the 2nd, everyday i receive messages and stand still for what? also, it's day 6 today, so much for 2/5. maybe you should edit that and make it more than just 5days.

at 11:37:05 I received yet another sms, "your parcel is out on delivery" followed by another similar text at 13:37. It is now 16:34, and i'm not holding my breath. all the other false promises are my fault? the recipient could not be reached, how? when all you did was waste my time by keeping me in 1 place so i can receive the packages? how was i not reached?
