Pathetic service
Ram your service is pathetic, I have been waiting for my order for 4days now and I must use it for work. How will I do my work while your holding my parcel? I I called your customer care and I was assured that my parcel will arrive yesterday before 5pm and I confirmed my address, but here I am waiting the next day without any communication from you guys.wouldn't advise any company or individuals to use your service. You one for the diseases causing unemployment

The drivers are letting the company down, they are terrible, they always try to find reasons not to deliver our parcels. The driver called me telling me his in my area 2 hours ago, I tried calling him no answer. It's been five days now waiting for my parcel which I was suppose to be using it for work. I still repeat the company is one of the virus causing unemployment in the country. I wouldn't advise any company to use this company to deliver anything to me
