Pathetic service
Absolutely poor to none customer service. I cannot believe that this how they treat their customers. They lie customers are not at home and put this feedback on the tracking. They called me to say they will be here in an hour yesterday I'm still waiting, then dont pitch. The driver called earlier today to advise hes at my gate, when I got there he was not there. The last call the manager out me on hold for 25 minutes!!!! This cannot in anyway be acceptable in treating paying customers. Poor unprofessional service!!! And the attitude from the staff is worse, no accountability at all. They need to urgently brush up on their client service skills which are shocking!!! They dont even deserve a single star!!!

06 Oct 2020, 16:38I just received my parcel, I realize it's not the drivers that are the issue, but the pressure on the them with the high number of deliveries they are tasked to do
I rather Ram give their drivers reasonable delivery time frames that can be met and made their clients expectations as opposed to putting pressure on their drivers with deadlines that cannot be met. The driver had over 80 deliveries to still complete, he was extremely exhausted!!!!

Please convey my feedback to Jason that it's in very poor taste that he put me on hold for 25 minutes. His attitude and service skills are poor to say the least. He should not be allowed to treat customers so poorly
