Pathetic Service

I ordered a cellphone with FNB which was suppose to be delivered by RAM last week Thursday the 28th they promised it will be delivered between 2:30 to 3:30, nothing came and no one called me.

Tuesday on the 3rd I received a call from a delivery guy around 17:30 advising he was at my place and he came to deliver advised him I wasn't in.

Wednesday I called and was advised I will receive my phone on Thursday, Thursday morning on the 5th I received an sms advising it was dispatched, no one called and my phone didnt arrive, when I called them today and tracked my order it says where I stay it is not safe and there was a strike which was not true.

Today I spoke to Leanne and I asked to speak to a manager she made me hold for over 7 minutes and later transferred me to Terri'leigh, who is not a manager.

I asked Terri for Leanne's surname she declined and said they were not obliged to do so.

I was called back by Noma a supervisor @ 12:07 who said she will investigate and come back to me, its over 2 hours and I havent heard from her.

All I want is my phone from them.
